When we repeat a behavior, we get better at that behavior.

For example, we don’t have to think about driving home, or to church or to school. We operate on auto pilot.

The same goes for patterns of behavior like overeating, yelling at the kids, arguing with our spouse, coming home at the end of the day to sit in front of a screen.

The great news is that we can decide we want to do something else.
