Many of us feel so overwhelmed in our lives. In addition, overwhelm often comes with confusion, lack of control and not knowing.
When you have a problem that seems overwhelming take these action steps:
1. write down what you want to happen
2. write down what you have to do to get there
When we write these things down and get them out of our minds, we see these feelings for what they are. Overwhelm is camouflaged fear and doubt.
When we say, “I’m so overwhelmed,” we have an excuse to be immobilized. Once we remove the camouflage, we see that fear and doubt are holding us back.
Remember, doubt and fear don’t mean stop. Doubt and fear mean GO! Go do something that moves you toward your goal.
We can take fear, turn it into courage and push through to action.[x_share title=”Share this Post” facebook=”true” twitter=”true” google_plus=”true” linkedin=”true” pinterest=”true”]
